Return and Refund Policy

Changes to our return policy due to the COVID-19 Pandemic
In accordance with Health Canada Regulations our return and exchange policy is constantly evolving. Please view below for the most up to date policy in effect. If there is a problem with your order please contact us and we will review return requests on a case by case basis. 
Thank you for your understanding during this time of international crisis.
 
We want you to be happy! We know each woman's body is unique and clothes fit us all differently. If there is a problem with your order or it does not fit comfortably, please contact us at info@sarasohan.com or via the contact form below and we will address your return request directly. 


At this time we have updated our policy to accept exchanges or return with merchandise credit. We currently accepting returns for merchandise credit and/or exchange, for size or style, via mail or courier service or in store. To accept returned merchandise you must contact us with 14 days of receiving your shipment and must bring the return/exchange approval when returning in store, or confirm shipping processing prior to sending the merchandise back via courier or mail. 

All returns must be accompanied by your original receipt. Some exclusions apply. In the current climate, we are incredibly cautious of the safety of our staff and customers. All returning merchandise must be in safe and original condition, unsoiled, unworn and unwashed, in its original packaging and tags attached. In the case that merchandise is damaged or defective please contact us and include photos. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items: bodysuits, swimwear, jewellery, hats, and accessories (including scarves), as well as all final sale items. Gift cards are non-refundable. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return in Store:
You can come into Sara Sohan in Cherryhill Village Mall, in London, Ontario for an exchange or merchandise credit. At this time we are requiring pre-approval for returns made in store. You must contact Sara Sohan Customer Services at info@sarasohan.com prior to coming into the store to return/exchange merchandise, after which you will be given 14 day period.  
In the case of a lockdown return time will be considered following reopening of the retail store.  

Return by Post/Courier Shipment:
Please contact us to begin processing your return. Following approval from our Customer Services we will send detailed shipping instructions. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us at this time. The returns will be made at your own cost. We require a tracking number and recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery.  Please note that when we receive your return, a 5% handling fee will apply. Your refund will not be processed until returned items have been received and inspected. Following inspection, an online gift card will be issued for the price of your return, less any handling fees.

Any items shipped prior to contacting our offices will not be refunded and may or may not be returned to sender.
